Classified in the C2 category (“light truck”), this AT tire fits perfectly into the segment between a traditional mud tire and an all-terrain tire. The tread blocks extending deep into the shoulder provide excellent grip, especially on loose, sandy, and muddy surfaces. The additional sidewall profile offers protection against damage, for example from sharp-edged (curb) stones. The tread surface of the Loder AT #1 is styled like an all-terrain tire – with relatively small tread blocks that ensure balanced driving characteristics and low rolling noise on the road. Additional sipes in the tread blocks further enhance grip in rain and snow.
However, the tire does not only impress with its striking appearance. It is rather the inner values that make it the first choice for camper vans. The tire offers a very high load capacity of 1,320 kg per tire, combined with a speed rating of up to 190 km/h – a performance that is hard to match.
