Accessibility Declaration

This accessibility statement applies to the website published at shop.delta4x4.com by delta4x4 Geländesport und Zubehör Handels GmbH.

General description of the service

The website of delta4x4 Geländesport und Zubehör Handels GmbH enables users to obtain information about products and services, make contact, and place orders or bookings directly online.

Applicable legal requirements

Digital services are subject to the requirements set out in § 14 of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) in conjunction with § 3 (1) BFSG as well as the regulation to the BFSG (BFSGV).

Implementation of accessibility requirements

The assessment is based on a self-evaluation with the support of the Accessibility Tool from von AccessGO.

Based on this review, the website is partially accessible in accordance with the aforementioned requirements.

In detail, the following points are not fully compliant with the accessibility regulations applicable to us:

  • Barrier: Redundant title text on an element.
Barrier: An existing form label contains no visible or alternative text for description.
Barrier: Redundant adjacent links with identical targets.
Barrier: A link points to a location within the same page, but the corresponding target element is missing.
Barrier: Some links are empty or contain no text, making their purpose or destination unclear.
Barrier: Some form fields do not have correctly assigned text labels.
Barrier: Missing association of a label with a form field.
Barrier: Missing label for a selection field.
Barrier: Missing heading structure on a page.
Barrier: A form field is associated with multiple <label> elements.
Barrier: Missing main heading (<h1>) on a page.
Barrier: Missing field grouping for a group of selection fields (checkboxes or radio buttons).
Barrier: Two or more images in close proximity have the same alternative text.
Barrier: A table is used purely for layout purposes, although its content is not tabular.
Barrier: Skipped heading level in the document structure.

Planned handling of the identified barriers:

We are currently planning the implementation of measures to eliminate these barriers.

Note on PDF files:

Some PDF documents provided on the website (e.g. user manuals, declarations of conformity, energy labels, certificates) are currently not fully accessible.

These files may have structural and technical limitations – including missing heading structures, undefined reading order, missing alternative text for graphical content, or untagged tables. As a result, they are only partially usable with assistive technologies.

At present, it is not possible for us, for organizational and economic reasons, to make all existing PDF documents fully accessible. However, we strive to publish new documents in an accessible format wherever possible in the future.

If you require a specific document in an accessible format, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with an individually accessible version, where possible.
