Hardly any add-on part changes the appearance of a vehicle as much as a front bar. The statement is clear. Whether in the 63 mm or 76 mm version, a front bar significantly changes the vehicle's appearance. But a front bar can also serve as a valuable functional component in the “outback” and on weekend trips. For easy installation of headlights, we have added threaded inserts, providing a secure and tidy mounting point for headlight brackets.

All delta4x4 front bars are made exclusively from stainless steel, reliably preventing the development of rust. The black versions are also made entirely from stainless steel and additionally powder-coated.

Depending on the vehicle model, the front bars are available with a tube diameter of 63 mm and/or 76 mm. For both versions, we offer suitable mounting brackets for the premium headlights from Japanese manufacturer PIAA.

All front bars are designed to work seamlessly with ACC systems. Depending on the vehicle model, the two central sensors of the PDC system are covered using special caps. This ensures that the outer sensors remain functional. The PDC caps are included in the scope of delivery.

Every front bar is laboratory-tested in accordance with pedestrian protection regulations and, unless stated otherwise, comes with EC type approval. With the EC type approval, the front bar can be used in all EU member states without additional registration, provided the certification document is carried in the vehicle.
