Shipping costs may be excluded for certain items; in such cases, no shipping costs will be charged.

Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany, shipping costs are generally €15 per item. However, depending on the dimensions and weight of the item, some products may be shipped by freight carrier, which may result in higher shipping costs. In the case of freight delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email prior to delivery.

Delivery time

The delivery time is generally up to 4 weeks, but it will be specified accordingly in our order confirmation.

Warranty

The warranty period is 1 year.

Bulky goods surcharge
For some items, an additional shipping surcharge is applied due to oversized dimensions or excessive weight. This will be displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping abroad
We normally only ship within Germany. If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email at info@delta4x4.de and provide the item, quantity, and delivery address including country and postal code. We will then send you a corresponding offer by email. This is necessary as we need to check the shipping options for other destination countries.
