Iveco Daily 4x4 complete wheel set (4 pcs.) with ForceForged beadlock rims and the Mileking in 37"

For several years now, delta4x4 has been developing and testing rims and tyres specifically for the Iveco Daily 4x4 in order to meet the special demands of world travellers and commercial users.

With the new Daily 4x4 from 2019 onwards, two new 20-inch rims were developed especially for this model.

The Forged5000 and the Force Forged (Force20) are both forged wheels in 20 x 9.5 inch format, with the type designation pointing to the special features of this rim: "Forged" refers to the forging process and thus stands for its extremely high load capacity of 2,500 kilograms per wheel, i.e. 5,000 kg per axle. However, the forging technology not only ensures high strength, but also low weight, which brings a noticeable gain in smooth running and driving safety.

The ForceForged is a genuine beadlock rim. This makes it possible to run extremely low tyre pressure without the tyre twisting on the rim. 

The ideal complement to this high-performance rim is the new Mileking MT tyre in size 37 x 13.5 R20, developed especially for delta4x4. Thanks to its larger diameter compared with the standard tyres, as well as its greater width, it improves ground clearance as well as handling, ride comfort and driving stability.

Since most delta4x4 customers use their Iveco Daily 4×4 for more extreme tours, expeditions and round-the-world trips, the "Perfect Match" tyre features an off-road-capable mud-terrain tread that at the same time ensures a high level of ride comfort on asphalt. Despite the larger tyre format, it is still possible to fit fine-link snow chains on the rear axle.

The Mileking has a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg! That is outstanding and is not matched by any other tyre in this size!

Further features of the complete wheel:

-          The vehicle height increases by approx. 40 mm after the wheels have been fitted

-          Spare wheel can be mounted on the original carrier

-          All necessary tests have been carried out; certificates for registration are supplied

-          For the 7-tonne Iveco Daily 4x4: the rear axle must be down-rated to 4 tonnes due to the tyre's load capacity of 2,000 kg. This has already been carried out on several vehicles. We are happy to advise you.

-          Homologation also possible for Switzerland (within the 1% regulation)

Note: Expansion ring not included in the scope of delivery, but required for full beadlock function.
