Lift Kit 100BLK Ford Raptor

delta4x4 has been the specialist for body lift kits (BLK) in Europe for more than three decades. A body lift is a form of suspension lift in which the body is detached from the vehicle's load-bearing ladder frame and the chassis is raised using spacer blocks.

The steering column, fuel filler connection, brake and fuel lines and other components are extended as required. Depending on the vehicle model, it may also be necessary to reposition the bumpers. All vehicle-specific parts required for the conversion are included in the kits. Compared with a suspension distance kit, this lifting method preserves the vehicle's complete axle geometry. The operating angles of the drive shafts, propshafts and axle components remain unchanged.

The key advantage of a BLK is the ability to fit larger tyres. Larger tyres in turn allow a greater wading depth and larger approach and departure angles, thereby improving off-road capability. No increased wear occurs on the drivetrain. Noise generated by tighter operating angles on the drive shafts also remains unchanged.
