Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal and return policy for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website (shop.delta4x4.de). If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
• for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,
• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
• for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control,
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery
• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated publications, with the exception of subscription contracts.

Return of non-parcelable goods

For the return of goods that cannot be sent as parcels, we are willing to arrange collection by a transport company commissioned by us. Please contact us directly if you would like to request a collection.

If you do not wish this, you must commission an appropriate transport company for the return yourself. In this case, you will also bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of services if your contractual partner has begun to perform the service with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired or if you have initiated this yourself.
