delta4x4 Suspension – Reiger SP-RC 3.0 for all 4x4 Ranger models from 2023 (except Raptor!)

In close cooperation, delta4x4 and Reiger have developed a new suspension system for the Ford Ranger. The design of the SP-RC is based on the dampers we use in the Dakar Rally. Important component groups such as sealing packages and our unique compression valve technology are taken directly from motorsport.

SP-RC 3.0 Technology Highlights

 

The impact-resistant and robust valve blocks also serve as internal reservoirs in certain applications. The compact design is precisely machined and less susceptible to impacts from off-road obstacles.	Proven on the toughest race tracks — from the 24h Nürburgring race to Le Mans — now newly developed for uncompromising off-road use. Highest quality standards with tight manufacturing tolerances and precisely hand-assembled components provide a wide adjustment range with precise click settings.	The hydraulic end stops provide even more traction and driving comfort in extreme driving situations. The rebound stop is integrated into the high-temperature-resistant sealing and guide package — ensuring maximum durability and performance under extreme loads.	Integrated into the main piston are the pistons for the hydraulic rebound and compression stops, as well as the blow-off valve, which reliably absorbs impacts caused by high damper shaft speeds.
