Hardly any add-on component changes the appearance of a vehicle as much as a front bar. The statement is unmistakable. But a front bar can also provide valuable functionality in the “outback” and on weekend trips. For easy installation of auxiliary lights, we have integrated threaded inserts. These provide a secure and tidy mounting point for PIAA light brackets.

All delta4x4 front bars are manufactured exclusively from stainless steel, reliably preventing the formation of rust. The black versions are also made entirely of stainless steel and additionally powder-coated.

Depending on the vehicle model, the front bars are available with a tube diameter of 63 mm and/or 76 mm. Suitable mounting brackets for the premium lights from Japanese manufacturer PIAA are available for both versions.

All front bars are designed to work seamlessly with ACC systems. Depending on the model, the two center sensors of the PDC system are covered using special caps. This ensures that the outer sensors remain functional. The PDC caps are included in the scope of delivery.

Every front bar is laboratory-tested in accordance with pedestrian protection regulations and, unless otherwise specified, comes with EC type approval. With EC type approval, no additional registration is required in any EU member state, provided the certificate is carried in the vehicle.
