Ford Ranger Raptor 2 - 100 mm Body Lift Kit

For more than three decades, delta4x4 has been Europe's specialist for "Body Lift Kits" (BLK). A body lift is a lift kit in which the vehicle body is separated from the supporting ladder frame and the chassis is raised using spacer blocks.

The steering column, fuel filler connection, brake and fuel lines, and other components are extended where necessary. Depending on the vehicle model, it may also be necessary to reposition the bumpers. All vehicle-specific parts required for the conversion are included in the kits. Compared to a "Suspension Distance Kit", this type of lift kit retains the complete axle geometry of the vehicle. The operating angles of the drive shafts, propeller shafts and axle components remain unchanged.

The main advantage of a BLK is the possibility of fitting larger tyres. Larger tyres allow greater fording depth and steeper approach and departure angles, thereby improving off-road capability. There is no increased wear on the drivetrain. Noise caused by steeper operating angles of the drive shafts also remains unchanged.
