Um die Entwicklung von Rost zu verhindern, werden delta4x4-Frontbügel ausschließlich aus Edelstahl hergestellt. Alle Frontbügel sind so konzipiert, dass diese mit ACC-Systemen uneingeschränkt harmonieren. Beim PDC-System werden modellabhängig die mittleren beiden Sensoren mittels spezieller Abdeckkappen abgeklebt. Die Funktion der äußeren Sensoren bleibt damit erhalten. Die PDC-Kappen sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Jeder Frontbügel ist nach Fußgängerschutz-Richtlinien im Labor getestet und solange nicht anders beschrieben, verfügt er über eine EC-Zulassung, womit er in allen EU-Mitgliedsstaaten eintragungsfrei fahrbar ist.
